“The day with personable Pat (tour guide) and birthday girl Bridget (driver) was great! Despite the tour being full, Pat mastered the art of making each of us feel welcome. His humour and genial manner was excellent and the information and details he imparted were just enough. We spoke about theatre and he kindly recommended a show, and places to enjoy Irish oysters. Thanks Pat!”

“Quite possibly the worst tour ever. Bus broke down, no communication as to where our next ride was coming from, didn’t see half of what was on the tour, got back late, not enough seats on the bus. The list goes on. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. The company is dodgy and wouldn’t even offer a refund for the trip. Awful time.”

“Shay our tour guide was brilliant, he mentioned it had been snowing in Wicklow and said he would assess safety as we went. The tour itself was great, lots of information about Dublin and the areas we visited, we saw Ireland's Sugarloaf mountain en route and were lucky to make it to Wicklow. When we arrived it was covered in snow, it was lovely to look at and we really enjoyed walking around the lakes and seeing where Guinness source their water from. I loved being able to get out of the city and do a bit of exploring in the countryside. We were able to walk independently around Wicklow…”

Glendalough is beautiful and so peaceful, definitely worth a few hours out of the city to visit!”

“We arrived at the meeting point on time, 8h00. Nobody there. I called the operator and they said we were late. They said 1-2 minutes late is late, so everybody had left! That never happened to me. Normally the guide would try to whatsapps the missing person(s). Or in other tours I could see : waiting for 4-5 minutes is normal, as a tourist new to the city may lost his/ her way a little bit. Other tours I booked in Ireland later proved that only Paddywagon Tour treats customers differently in such a bad manner. They refused my proposal for a refund just within minutes I sent my requests.…”
